Daniel has extensive knowledge of how the body works and how it allows us to unlock athletic ability. Coming from a long term athletic development approach, Daniel has extensive experience teaching athletes how to improve their abilities.

Daniel brings a wealth of insights from his days playing NCAA where he won a National Championship, and currently in pro hockey. He has worked on-ice for many years as an instructor.
